HAUSREGELN Herzlich willkommen! Wir möchten, dass ihr einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei uns habt. Damit sich alle wohlfühlen und alles reibungslos funktioniert, bitten wir um Beachtung folgender Regeln: Schuhe aus: In Thailand ist es Tradition und ein Zeichen des Respekts, die Straßenschuhe vor dem Betreten des Hauses auszuziehen. Bitte lasst eure Schuhe im Eingangsbereich draußen stehen. Klimaanlage & Strom: Bitte schaltet die Klimaanlagen und das Licht komplett aus, wenn ihr das Haus verlasst. Die Geräte kühlen das Haus bei eurer Rückkehr sehr schnell wieder ab. Das schont die Umwelt und das Inselnetz. Toilettenpapier & Hygiene: Bitte werfen Sie kein Toilettenpapier, Feuchttücher oder Hygieneartikel in die Toilette (akute Verstopfungsgefahr!). Nutzt dafür bitte ausschließlich den bereitgestellten Mülleimer daneben. Sauberkeit & Ameisen: Bitte lasst keine offenen Lebensmittel, Krümel oder süßen Getränke in der Küche oder auf den Tischen stehen. In den Tropen zieht das sekundenschnell Ameisen- und Insektenstraßen an. Nutzt bitte immer den Kühlschrank. Umgang mit Flecken & Schäden: Bitte geht achtsam mit den Möbeln, Kissen und Matratzen um. Solltet ihr Sonnencreme, Make-up, Öle oder Flüssigkeiten verschütten, reinigt es bitte sofort, um dauerhafte Flecken (die nicht mehr entfernt werden können) zu vermeiden. Bei mutwilligen oder fahrlässigen Schäden müssen wir den Ersatzwert in Rechnung stellen. Rauchverbot: Das Rauchen im Inneren des Hauses ist strengstens verboten. Ihr könnt dafür gerne die Terrasse oder den Außenbereich nutzen – bitte verwendet dafür die bereitgestellten Aschenbecher. Keine Durian-Früchte: Aufgrund des extrem intensiven und langanhaltenden Geruchs ist das Mitbringen von Durian-Früchten in das Haus absolut nicht gestattet. Ruhezeiten: Bitte nehmt Rücksicht auf die Natur und eventuelle Nachbarn. Vermeidet laute Musik und Lärm in der Zeit von 23:00 Uhr bis 07:00 Uhr. Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis und eure Mithilfe! One may always sneak into the house now and then — nothing to worry about 🌊 Tides shift daily; at low tide a natural sea smell & seaweed are normal, gone with the next tide 💧 Brief public water cut-offs can happen — our backup tanks cover it. If tanks run dry, message us & we'll order a water truck right away ⚡ Short island-wide power outages are normal — usually back within minutes. Not the house, just the grid. Relax & enjoy 🦟 Mosquitoes are active at dawn & dusk — use local spray (e.g. "Soffell" from any 7-Eleven), keep doors closed & AC/fans on 🐜 After rain, swarms of tiny winged ants chase the light — keep doors/windows shut, switch off outdoor lights briefly; it passes quickly 🍽️ Never leave open food, crumbs or sweet drinks out — store everything in the fridge or airtight containers 🐍 Monitor lizards & snakes are shy and avoid people — just keep your distance and let them pass 🎶 Night sounds of tropical birds & frogs are the real jungle soundtrack — enjoy it! 🏗️ Koh Phangan is growing fast, so occasional nearby construction noise can happen — out of our control, but we hope for a peaceful stay 📸 We swap out worn items immediately, so small details may differ slightly from the photos — same quality, comfort & concept, just kept fresh 🤝 We speak English, Thai — 100% response rate, usually within 1 hour.
